Bag Inserter

Reactive Engineering has available a Kliklok Concorde CCI Inserter. The machine automatically feeds endload sleeve cartons from a powdered hopper, and erects them into indexing carton flights. Successive stages close the carton, and glue the major flaps using a Nordson gluing system.

Capable of up to 40 cartons per minute

Electricity: 38/420V, 3-phase, 50Hz, Line, Neutral and Earth.

Compressed Air: 20 litres per minute maximum at 4.0bar.

Power consumption: 3.5kW

Please note that the glue unit is not included.
